We decided to replace every non compound curve exterior panel except for the top to large panels. Basically every lower panel around the entire trailer. We started out using pop rivets and discovered these would be inadequate for strength and structural integrity. Each panel is held in by at least 100 rivets. Soo.........we have bucked over 1000 rivets.
Also, we decided it was wise to upgrade to a new axle and brake system. The old ones were prone to shear off and the spindle.
